Module Theming

On this week's episode, Bob tries to extend your theming chops by moving beyond the typical page.tpl.php or node.tpl.php theming techniques and explores the often-untouched land of module theming. Understanding how to theme module output in Drupal 6 will go a long way towards making your sites more customized and beautiful than they could be before.

Great podcast, really enlightening! Just one thing: The HD download appears to be corrupt.
Been waiting for this tutorial :) Thank you so much!
Since the bandwidth for this podcast has gotten crazy in such a short time, I'm switching to a new way to host the video files. I've just updated the HD feed to this new location (so it'll actually only show a single file this week). PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS! If this works out, I'll be able to push out these HD files much easier and I'll upload ALL the HD files to the feed, rather than just the latest two. Sorry for the corruption, it was some server issues that I'm trying to resolve by moving to a new way to host files. My viewers are just too awesome, lots of people sucking in this content. Stay tuned, and please report back on what you see on the HD feed in the coming days (it'll take a little while to propagate the change)
Many thanks for these videos, very handy :) I can totaly understand if you have bw issues, specialy with this quality. I also think bliptv is the right choice (my favorite at the moment) For those of us with slow computers, here is the direct link to the HQ version: http://blip.tv/file/get/Mustardseed-DrupalModuleTheming572.m4v Greetings from Barcelona
What were/are you using to edit the CSS in this podcast? Thanks, Mike
I'm using Drupal 5.16 and a contributed module that lets me run a e-commerce shop. I was curious how would i theme the output of all the details for a specific module. I mean if i wanted to break it down so sort the output of a given module. On version six you talk about the aggregator for well documented modules and of course there is also the Devel module thats pretty helpful. What can I do for the older version of Drupal though? To get all the information to make a customize tpl template file like i would had been running Drupal 6 using aggregator?
Hello, this is a great help for drupal 6 users and drupal 5 too. But i'm really interesting in Webmail in Drupal 6 how it works? and how we can install and integrate to other modules like the user module. thanks.
That was fantastic Bob Thanks.
